Archie’s Cottage

Archie's Cottage comes fully equipped for a self-catering stay: electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you arrive to find everything ready. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Heating is provided throughout, and there's an open fire in the living room. You have the whole property to yourself, spread across three floors with parking for two cars on site.

The layout offers three bedrooms sleeping five: a double on the first floor, a single on the first floor, and two singles on the second floor. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over. The living room has Freeview TV, Sky and a DVD player. Outside, a patio with garden furniture overlooks the sea, which is just 25 yards away. One well-behaved pet stays free.

Burnmouth is a working fishing village on the Scottish Borders coast. Coastal walks start from the cottage door. Eyemouth is three miles away and historic Berwick-upon-Tweed five miles. The Lammermuir Hills lie nearby for hillwalking, and Edinburgh is within an hour's drive. Smoking is not permitted inside.
