The house is yours alone, with three bedrooms—a double on the ground floor, a kingsize upstairs, and a twin bedroom—plus one bathroom. It sleeps six.

The ground floor holds the living room with an open fire and 50-inch smart TV, a dining room, and a kitchen with electric cooking, microwave and full-size fridge. Upstairs bedrooms have their own TV. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are included, along with wifi and parking for three cars. The property has a good-sized garden and timber decking platform positioned to make the most of the views. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Berwick-upon-Tweed is nearby by road or rail. The coast here offers easy access to walking, beaches and local attractions, while the house itself is equally good for days when you want to stay put and watch the sea.
