What visitors say
Where to start. So it’s £14 a ticket, terrible low ceiling, really poor keystoning and the image doesn’t fill the screen, big gaps below the image and to the sides. I wanted to see a film that was only showing here, but I wish I hadn’t bothered. Image was taken during the trailers to show a friend how bad it is. In a city that has The Light (best quality), Curzon (fine) and The Showroom (most interesting programme) I’m not really sure why anyone would come here. This is no comment on staff who are friendly, it’s just the cinema that’s poor.

Great little Odeon. They layout of this Odeon is quite quirky as its set out over 4 leveles which does give it a certain charm. There lifts for accessibility on each floor. As you might expect from a city centre cinema, the screens are on the smaller size so there's no isense or Dolby but they are all very clean, modern and well looked after.

Although overall , enjoyed the cinema yesterday and reclining seats etc were comfortable,, I have knocked off a star as venue was not obviously checked in between viewings There were tissues from previous showings left on the seats. This shouldn't happen and surely cinema staff should be checking between screenings that everything is clean and orderly.

Beginning to look a bit tatty. Most of the toilets downstairs are broken, one out of order, one with no lock. One handsome dispenser broken, the other had no soap in it. Don't buy the tots unless you are a fan of soggy potatoes. Cinema itself is fine.
