About Charlton House Spa Hotel
Charlton House Spa Hotel puts a proper restaurant and bar at the heart of a stay, with breakfast, packed lunches and kids' meals all catered for, plus room service and drinks brought straight to your door if you'd rather not leave the room. The outdoor seating and garden give a pleasant spot for a drink in warmer weather, and the whole setup feels geared towards a relaxed pace rather than a quick overnight stop.
Rooms come as en-suite doubles or family rooms, with accessible options available, and those marking a special occasion can book the bridal suite or make use of the VIP facilities, which suit the hotel's sideline as a wedding venue. Beyond the rooms, there's a gym and a spa with sauna on-site, so the wellness side of things doesn't stop at a single treatment room.
The hotel sits near Shepton Mallet in Somerset, within reach of Glastonbury, and free on-site parking makes it straightforward for anyone arriving by car. It's a set-up geared as much to guests settling in for a few days as to those passing through.
