All star lanes? More like all star pain. What a rude bunch. Usain Bolt wishes he was this quick. I cannot believe how fast we were in and out. Speed bowling doesn’t even touch the sides (bumpers). God forbid you want a leisurely experience here. We’re a good group of girls but goodness we couldn’t do any right here. The staff are hard to please and quick to judge (have a go)

I love All Star Lanes! I was excited to visit this branch when visiting the area, I would go all the time if I lived nearer. They always have a cool retro vibe and I enjoy the more boutique setting, it makes a change from large loud bowling alleys. Plus you can stop for a bite to eat in their restaurant area or enjoy a cocktail in their swanky bar space. A perfect place for a date actually. On my visit, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my day. Excellent service ✨!

An appalling experience with All Star Lanes. I booked for a party of twelve in mid-May and was contacted a few days later to say the slot had been double-booked due to an issue with their booking system. They cancelled, issued a refund, and directed me to rebook online, which I did, securing an alternative slot. Three days before the event, on 8th June, I received the exact same message. Double-booked again, party cancelled, refund issued. The same booking system failure, the same outcome, three days' notice. This is not a minor inconvenience. We had guests travelling to London from as far as Bristol who had already purchased train tickets. Three days is not enough time to make alternative plans, let alone recover costs that others have incurred on your behalf. For a venue of this profile to repeat the same failure twice and notify customers at such short notice is disgraceful. I would not recommend All Star Lanes to anyone planning an event where reliability actually matters.

I would not book here again. We needed an invoice to pay for a work function and were quoted £147 for seven people, which already seemed very expensive. I sent two emails chasing the invoice (as they have no phone number!) and only received a reply two days before the event. Because their response was so delayed, we had to change our payment method to credit card, and suddenly the price dropped to £98. When I queried why the original invoice was £147, I received no explanation. On arrival, there was still confusion. We were told we needed to put down a credit card and pay £7 each towards drinks and food, before staff realised they had mixed up the booking and that we did not need to pay anything extra. The bowling itself was fine, but the lane next to us had broken machinery and mechanical parts scattered across the floor, which felt like a safety hazard. We did not have children with us, but it definitely would not be safe for families. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Faster communication, or even just having a phone number, would make a big difference. As it stands, there were too many mistakes, mixed messages and delays.
