Beigel Shop

I finally made the trip to the famous Beigel Shop on Brick Lane, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered the classic Salt Beef Beigel with mustard and pickles, and it was made fresh right in front of me. The staff sliced the warm salt beef to order, piled it generously into the bagel, then added mustard and pickles. Watching everything being prepared fresh was part of the experience. The salt beef was incredibly tender and juicy without being greasy. The mustard added just the right amount of sharpness, while the pickles balanced the richness perfectly. The bagel itself was chewy, fresh, and held everything together beautifully. Considering it’s open 24/7 and the price is very reasonable, it’s easy to see why people have been coming here for decades. A true London institution and definitely worth the visit.

This place is way less busy than the next door one. They also provide an outdoor seating area. The salted beef bagel tastes also great to be fair. However it’s just as amazing as another one, plus the price is a little higher than another one. The bagel itself is a little bit too chewy and sticky too. Overall it’s still good and can still be a choice for a quick brunch or late night snack

Saw the video with mark wiens and I had to come here. It did not disappoint! Got the Salt beef on a plain bagel. It was filled with delicious goodness! Omg! They stuffed the bagel with salt beef. It was amazing. The mustard and pickles cut the fattiness of the beef perfectly. So good that I want to come back tomorrow. Definitely a must try! You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you have lots of napkins - it’s messy in a good way. 3 stars for atmosphere since it’s just take out like who needs atmosphere when you have something so good and special!

Best bagels in London and in a direct comparison to the hyped neighbours way better. The bagels themselves and the toppings are done upon order. Super friendly ladies and you can also sit in the yard right next to the shop. Must bagel-stop and will return again.
