The manager was extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure we got the support we needed during our visit. Unfortunately, the security staff member at the entrance let the experience down. He appeared to be drinking, repeatedly used strong language despite being close to children, and was openly having a conversation with someone about drug dealing. This felt very unprofessional and inappropriate for a family venue. I hope management looks into this, as the rest of the staff were great.

We had a fabulous trip to Hollywood bowling. It was well priced compared to its comparable competitors and offered additional discount for those bowling prior to 11am which suited us with 3 young children. The staff were attentive and welcoming and helped when the system broke twice (simple fixes and didn't impair the game so we simply carried on). The toilets were clean and adequate. The access was great for a pushchair and therefore good for a wheelchair plus accessible toilet with baby change facilities. There is also a well thought out arcade with lots of variety of games/ experiences. They also offer food and drink which seems nice and well priced (for this kind of place). If we lived locally we'd certainly visit regularly. The vip section looks good We'd definitely consider this for a special occasion.

Perhaps harsh given it was ½ term and busy. An offer of ½ price before 11 we gambled and turned up well before. Sadly had to wait over 90 minutes and donate a kidney to afford to play 1 game. Lanes were empty that had been booked online, but I guess that's our own fault for random opportunity. no wonder the place emptied after 11. Probably dead in couple more hours. Not enough staff for the promotion to help, plenty after. Sad day. Use to love going there when we got chance. Won't be going anytime soon again at these prices.
