Downstairs, the open-plan living space combines a dining area with a lounge, a separate utility room with washing machine, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating via air source heat pump with underfloor heating are all included in the rental.

The grounds come with garden furniture and a private hot tub for four. One dog stays free. There is parking for two cars on the property. The location puts you within walking distance of countryside and the River Severn; the national cycle route 81 runs nearby, and Nesscliffe Hills and the Cliffe Countryside Heritage Site are a five-minute drive away. Shrewsbury lies ten miles south, with its castle, historic churches and riverside cafés. Oswestry, close to the Welsh border, is eleven miles away. The property does not permit smoking.
