Walking into Friary Cottage means stepping straight into a characterful Grade II listed townhouse with original features throughout. The ground floor unfolds across several connected spaces: a living room with woodburner and freeview television, a kitchen and dining area fitted with an Aga alongside electric cooking, a second sitting room, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sun room that leads through to a garden room. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two with king beds and one with singles—served by two bathrooms, one of which connects to a bedroom as an ensuite. The property sleeps six and is yours alone for the duration of your stay.

The cottage sits on a prominent street in Ludlow's medieval centre, with the train station less than five minutes' walk away and the town's pubs, restaurants and shops equally close by. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with seating and a separate walled courtyard. One car can be parked in a nearby allocated space. One well-behaved pet stays free. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included; the woodburner is laid ready to light. The nearest pub is within a mile, and Ludlow Brewing Co is nearby if you want to explore local beer.
