The Hornbill sits on shared grounds that include a yoga studio and wellness therapy room, though the property itself is entirely yours—a single storey space with its own enclosed garden, patio and fire pit.

Inside, an open-plan living area combines kitchen, dining and sitting space around a wood burner; the kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking. Upstairs, a galleried bedroom holds two single mattresses. Downstairs, a king bed anchors the main sleeping area, served by a shower room with heated towel rail. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are covered, plus Wi-Fi throughout. The private hot tub overlooks the garden; an ice bath is available on-site at additional cost. One small dog stays free. Children under 10 are not suitable for this property, partly due to a large pond in the grounds. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
