Brilliant location, quite close to fantasy island but far enough away (5 minutes walk at the most) to be quiet and relaxing and away from the noise. It's also quite close to the sea front. They have a nice pub on site that always seems to have something going on and all the staff were quite friendly. They have fishing ponds within the site as well but there are plenty of areas away from this too. We have rented caravans on this site and have enjoyed our stay each time.

We've stayed at this lovely place several times and it's always been so peaceful and relaxing. It really feels like a friendly community, and the other guests are always quiet and respectful, making it a perfect spot for a tranquil getaway but a short bus trip from the hustle and bustle of Fantasy Island and Skegness. The area is filled with ducks, Canada geese, and rabbits, adding to the charming countryside atmosphere around the fishing lake. There's a wonderful on-site bar with both indoor and outdoor dining options. Plus, it's wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet for convenience.
