Two Hoots

Two Hoots is a one-bedroom cottage on a single level, reached down a private lane in rural North Yorkshire. You step directly into an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and lounge arranged across the ground floor. The bedroom holds a king bed, and there's an ensuite wet room. Everything necessary comes with the stay: heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, plus parking for one car on site.

The immediate surroundings are built for outdoor activity. The Ribble Way footpath passes at the end of the enclosed garden, and the property overlooks a Site of Special Scientific Interest where the Ribble floodplain supports significant birdlife. Settle sits 4 miles away with shops, restaurants and pubs, including the Settle to Carlisle railway. The Yorkshire Dales National Park and Forest of Bowland are within reach, as are the Pennine Bridleway, Settle Loop and Gisburn Forest. A shop is 3 miles off, and a pub or restaurant half a mile. One dog stays free. No smoking inside, please.
