About Colnbrook Hotel London Heathrow Airport
Colnbrook Hotel London Heathrow Airport is a purpose-built, three-floor property on Old Bath Road in Slough, designed with one clear job in mind: getting travellers between bed and plane with as little fuss as possible. A covered walkway links the hotel directly to Terminal 4, making it a practical base for early flights or late arrivals rather than a destination in its own right.
The 119 rooms are en-suite and air-conditioned, with sound insulation that keeps aircraft noise at bay, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside the usual mod cons. There's a restaurant and bar on site serving meals throughout the stay, breakfast is served each morning, and extras include laundry service, luggage storage, meeting rooms and chargeable on-site parking. Pets are welcome, which is a useful detail for travellers who'd rather not board them. Wi-fi is provided but can be patchy at times.
Beyond the airport run, Slough and the surrounding Berkshire area offer pubs, restaurants and eateries within easy reach, and Wraysbury lies a short distance away. It's a hotel built for convenience and comfort rather than sightseeing, and it delivers well on that brief.
What guests say
Room was large for UK, comfortable bed. Not sure if a Europe thing but no wash clothes or plug in bathroom. Bed comfortable and staff helpful. We needed to go to terminal 2 and staff explained options. We walked 7 minutes in the enclosed over the street tunnel to terminal 4 where we used underground train (Elizabeth line) for free to terminal 2. Super easy and was able to use cart for luggage from airport. Hotel location was great and very reasonable price. Never heard noise of airport. Did not use restaurant but got drinks and snack from the cafe.

GLUTEN FREE REVIEW! Wow. This is genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms of the safety regarding allergies. When arriving for buffet breakfast I was asked if I had any allergies. I informed the staff that I had celiac diseases and therefore couldn’t eat gluten. I was given 5 mins to read the allergen sheet, at which point a lovely staff member came over and insisted that I ordered my meal to be cooked separately (instead of the buffet to avoid cross contamination) This is the first time I have been offered this at a free hotel breakfast. I was also offered a change of cutlery! I work in the area and have eaten dinner here before (delicious burger and chips cooked in separate fryer) but this was the first time trying the breakfast. I am extremely grateful of the restaurant staff making me feel safe. It really means a lot to me. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are always super comfortable. The WiFi is fast and the check in is smooth. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone gluten free/celiac/other allergies. Stress free allergen free start to a holiday or work trip!

I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn London Heathrow Terminal 4 and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and quiet, making it an excellent choice. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Aleksandra, who assisted with the breakfast service. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made each morning a wonderful experience. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcome and well taken care of. Thank you, Aleksandra, for your outstanding service and warm hospitality. You are a great asset to the hotel, and I hope to see you again on my next visit.

Excellent hotel for a night before travel at T4. Basic and cheap but the service is always good and the rooms are quiet. Had a view of the runway from our room and excellent soundproofing so you can’t hear the planes. Had a great dinner at Thyme downstairs - Joffan served us and was friendly and very helpful to us for our dinner. Price is reasonable at the restaurant too.
