Stunning bed and breakfast 15 mins nec. Gardens are beautiful. Lovely lady runs it and looked after us brilliantly and cooked fabulous English Brekkie. Huge choice of all sorts for vegetarian to meat eaters. Rooms extremely comfortable. How to recommend it well we wont hesitate to book again. Thank you Vicky for a lovely couple days

A amazing Bed & Breakfast, such a warm welcome on arrival, went above and beyond, a fantastic English breakfast with the best selection of tea's and spreads I have seen, room was emulate, and great facilities, even a draw of charges. Comfortable bed, great location to venues close by. Victoria is so friendly and nothing was to much trouble, will definitely be back and would highly recommend to everyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service and value for money including the cleanliness and breakfast were exceptionally good. I stayed here for the event at the NEC and it’s a short drive out of the bustle of the city. I also didn’t realise I left my charger behind and it came in the post a few days later which was very kind ✨

A beautiful place to stay really homely host takes big pride in running accommodation would definitely stay here again breakfast is worth having very clean can't find any faults at all vicky the host is very accommodating loved it
