This ground-floor annexe sits within the owner's grounds, newly finished in 2023, and gives you the whole place to yourself. Everything you need is arranged in one open-plan living, kitchen and dining space: a wood-effect electric fire, Smart TV, dining table, and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, and a shower room comes attached. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.

You're positioned for serious walking country. Paths lead straight into the Mendips from your door, with village shops and a local pub within a mile. Further afield are Glastonbury for its independent shops and Tor, Bath for its Georgian architecture and Roman Spa, Cheddar for its gorge, and Weston-super-Mare for the seafront. One small dog may stay, provided it remains on a lead. There is no garden. Smoking is not permitted. The property has private parking for one car.
