Stayed here last week with my aunt. Just for a day. The staff were lovely, and friendly with lovely clean rooms. If you can’t give this place 5 star review, then I think you’re just not a nice person. Beautiful view wherever your room is as well. If I was to give it 1 negative, Smart TVs would be great to allow visitors to watch what they want on the tvs of the room, but that’s a personal thing, not a hotel thing.

Absolutely brilliant stay here on 23rd/25th May. Big car park is always a bonus, warm welcome and quickly shown to our room. Which was huge! We are a family of 5, plenty of room for us all, good towel quality, nice bathroom, quiet. Games room was a nice addition. Special mention to Bobby, the lovely girl from the restaurant who was kind and patient with us and my children. She was very sweet and made my day - we went to Wookey Hole to see her at the circus! Special mention also to Reuben, who was patient and kind with myself and my family. He was chatty and happy to put up with my kids mess and noise.

This hotel was really lovely! They had a games room for the kids, which was a nice touch, especially since it's a great town to explore. The breakfast was good, though I would've loved to see more meat options instead of just pork – a traditional English breakfast always has a little variety. Still, I really enjoyed what was available. The rooms were really clean, and it was great that we were on the ground floor since I'm pregnant. They also have free parking and a lift, which was really helpful!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were so helpful, the hotel was really clean, large rooms and a very nice breakfast! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a magical place as well.
