Annexe

The Annexe comes with everything you need already sorted—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so you can cook proper meals or wash clothes without hunting for extra charges. Downstairs has an open-plan living and dining area with a wood burner and Freeview TV; upstairs are two bedrooms—one double and one twin—plus a shower room.

You get sole use of the cottage itself, but share access to the broader site facilities: a heated indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, a games room with table tennis and pool table, a tennis court and a children's play area. There's parking for one car 30 metres away, though you can unload at the door. The property sits apart from other cottages on the grounds near Taunton in Somerset, with views across fields towards the Avill Valley. The cottage does not permit smoking. One dog is welcome to come with you.
