Luccombe is an upside-down cottage occupying one end of a converted stone barn in rural Somerset. The layout spreads across three floors: a double bedroom with en-suite on the lower ground, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and the main living space—light and open-plan—on the first floor with views across the fields. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and there's a separate drying room for wet clothes. One pet is welcome.
The property sits within a larger complex that shares several amenities. An indoor heated swimming pool measuring 11 by 5 metres (with a Jacuzzi section) means a dip regardless of weather. There's a tennis court, a children's play area, and an external games room with table tennis, pool table and table football. A large car park lets you unload at the cottage door. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; a cot, highchair and stairgate are available if you ask.
The location suits families and groups wanting both structured activities and countryside surroundings. No smoking is permitted inside.
