Luckington Stables 1 is a one-storey converted stable on the owner's Somerset property, surrounded by open countryside. The layout centres on a spacious open-plan living and dining area, with two bedrooms (one double, one with zip-and-link singles) and a shower room on the ground floor. Everything you need for cooking is provided, from oven to dishwasher, plus a washing machine tucked away in the utility room. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included in your stay.
The real draw here is the private hot tub on the decked terrace, set within an enclosed lawned garden where you can sit out undisturbed. On-site parking takes two cars. One dog can stay free, and travel cots and highchairs are available if needed. The location works well for exploring Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Wells and Glastonbury, or heading west to beaches at Lyme Regis and Weston-super-Mare. Nearer at hand, a pub serving food and a shop are 1½ miles away. No smoking indoors.

Just returned from the most wonderfully relaxing week at Luckington Burrows. If you’re after some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings, then look no further. The pods have been really well thought out and equipped and everything was completely spotless. Customer service from Alex is second to none. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and he is beyond helpful. This place makes great base for visiting the surrounding area but personally I love the peace and quiet and the secure garden for my dogs. Cannot recommend Luckington more highly. I’ve been 2 yrs in a row and will definitely return.

Lovely rural retreat. Very quiet and lovely views. Cottage is spacious and comfortable but is starting to look a little bit tired, the garden is excellent if you have dogs as it's large and fully enclosed so you can spend time in the roomy hot tub without worry about your dogs escaping

What a fantastic little hideaway. We stayed in the meadow and it was immaculate. There was everything there we could need. Fully equipped kitchen. The beds were so comfy. The outside space was perfect and private for those late night hottub drinks. We stayed over the xmas week with our autistic son and our dog and it was perfect. We met the owners when they delivered some xmas treats and what a lovely family they were. We will definitely be returning.
