Robin View opens into a sequence of spacious living areas designed around the landscape beyond. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread across the property mean groups of eight can spread out comfortably, with bedrooms decorated to a high standard and communal spaces kept immaculate. The layout flows between a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan living and dining, an indoor games room, and terraced outdoor areas that frame views across the Cheddar Valley, reservoir and Bristol Channel. A hot tub sits on the terrace for year-round use.
French doors open the main rooms onto the grounds, so in warmer months you can move between indoors and out with ease. Winter brings the advantage of those panoramic vistas through the trees from multiple rooms, while everyone gathers in the central living space. The kitchen is properly outfitted for cooking at scale—the glassware, crockery and cutlery run to entertaining numbers rather than the typical holiday cottage compromise. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. The property is yours alone for the duration of your stay.
This is built for groups and occasions rather than quiet retreats. One pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

We had an amazing time at Croftview. It is a fantastic house and exceptionally well suited as a party house. Unlike other large properties we have rented before, it is clearly designed for groups, with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had 24 people in our group, and the house had everything we needed, including generous amounts of cutlery, glasses, and all the essentials. The huge outdoor dining table and large indoor dining table made it easy for everyone to eat together, which is often not the case with large rental properties. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the whole house felt brand new. We were surprised to learn it is around six years old, as everything is maintained and presented to such a high standard. The children absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the adults enjoyed the karaoke. Although the weekend was our annual meet-up, one of our friends also ended up having a small wedding ceremony there. The house was perfectly suited to this, with its own pagoda outside and post-wedding drinks in the hobbit hole. We were lucky to have unbelievably good weather, and the local setting is stunning. We walked to an idyllic nearby village and also enjoyed the local pub. We would thoroughly recommend Croftview for any party or group celebration, and we are already trying to work out an excuse to go back!

It was our 2nd visit to Croftview & it did not disappoint. It still held the magic & wow factor it had previously for all of us. It was a family get together to celebrate a few "big" birthdays. Charlotte is always so helpful & obliging if you have any queries, from travel cots to highchairs, everything has been thought of. This time 7 of our group tried their hand at the Clay Pigeon Shooting. None of them had ever done it before & they all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was just a short walk from the house, so the others were able to watch as they were guided through it by their instructor. There is nothing that we can find fault with at Croftview, it is a fantastic, magical place & it is a credit to Charlotte & the whole team who help to run it. We have memories to keep & enjoy for years. Try it yourselves, we promise you won't be disappointed.

We had the most amazing stay here with our whole family and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house itself is absolutely incredible, beautifully maintained, spacious, comfortable, and perfect for large family gatherings. Every detail has clearly been thought about, and it made our weekend feel really special from the moment we arrived. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch too and made us feel instantly at home. We made so many wonderful memories here and enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again for next year with an even bigger family group! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special getaway with family or friends. Thank you again for everything! And a special shout out to Charlotte, who is simply amazing!

From the minute we walked into the house everything advertised was exactly as it said. The house was amazing in every detail. The hobbit house was an added bonus and we made good use of the fabulous pool. We were welcomed by Charlotte who had provided us with gorgeous homemade scones with clotted cream. Every room was spotless and so much equipment in the kitchen a chefs heaven. Would thoroughly recommend it.
