West Wing

West Wing is a substantial six-bedroom house on the Somerset House estate near London, sleeping up to 12 guests. The ground floor opens into a living room with a woodburner, a separate dining room, and a second sitting room, all with television access. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric cooking, dishwasher and the usual appliances. A utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1, also on the ground floor, is en-suite with a shower room.

The first floor holds five further bedrooms: one double, one double, and three rooms with pairs of single beds. A family bathroom with a bath and shower serves these rooms, along with a separate shower room. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. The heating runs via a biomass boiler.

The grounds give access to a heated indoor swimming pool measuring 11 metres by 5 metres with a Jacuzzi section, a games room with table tennis, pool table and table football, a tennis court, and a children's play area. These facilities are shared with other properties on the estate. There is private parking for three cars and a garden with patio and barbecue. One dog is welcome. No smoking throughout.
