Harbour View House

Through the front door of Harbour View House, you enter a ground-floor living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting room arranged for easy flow. A shower room and separate toilet are also downstairs. Upstairs, three bedrooms include two with kingsize beds and one with bunks, served by a bathroom with a roll-top bath. The property sleeps 6 and welcomes one dog at no extra cost.

The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer. Essentials like heating, electricity, linen and towels are provided, along with wifi. A utility room has a washing machine. Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a courtyard and sitting areas—plus a six-person hot tub that's yours alone. Parking fits two cars, and there's a bike store.

Girvan sits on the Ayrshire coast, with the harbour visible from the house. The town has shops, restaurants and a leisure centre. Nearby are Dunure, Turnberry and Greenan castles, Culzean Castle on its clifftop, and Dumfries House with its Chippendale collection. The coastal path runs along the shoreline, sandy beaches are within reach, and boat trips to Ailsa Craig leave from the harbour. Ayr, Prestwick and Troon are short drives away. No smoking inside.
