The Cottage sits on a working farm in South Ayrshire's quiet countryside, within reach of the Firth of Clyde's rocky coastline and views across to Arran. Girvan itself is three miles away, offering fishing trips and boat excursions; Culzean Castle and its country park lie nearby for a day out. The farmhouse sleeps six across three bedrooms—a double and two rooms with single beds each—with one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there's a living room with an open fire, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, and a games room for rainy days.
The enclosed garden is substantial, with patio seating, a barbecue and a summer house. Parking on site handles three cars. One dog stays free (they need to be kept on a lead, as this is active farmland). Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are included, along with fuel for the fire. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Non-smokers only.
Turnberry golf course is ten minutes' drive away. Ayr, with its shops and restaurants, is eighteen miles; Glasgow and Prestwick Airport twenty-four. A pub and shop are three miles off in the village direction.

Fabulous, truly fabulous. A real home from home. Superb hosts living on site as this is a working farm (our children loved it) and a beautiful warm, fabulously clean, well equipped property. We will definitely be back to stay again.
