Millers Rest occupies a converted space within the grounds of Cattell's Mill, a windmill built in 1828. The property sits in Willingham village, nine miles from Cambridge and fifteen from Ely. You have the whole place to yourself: a ground-floor open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and separate toilet, then a first-floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a kingsize bed; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking with an electric oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, and there is parking for two cars on site.
The setting suits couples exploring the Cambridgeshire fens and the university city nearby. Walking and cycling routes run through the surrounding countryside, and Fen Drayton Lakes—good for birdwatching—is close by. Cambridge itself offers punting on the Cam, museums and colleges to visit. A pub is four hundred yards away, a shop half a mile. One dog or cat stays free. No smoking inside the property.
