Brookfields Holiday Farm - The Old Haybarn

Church Broughton lies a short drive from Ashbourne, on the edge of the Peak District, with the national park itself about 10 minutes south. The village has a shop, post office and pub serving food; the surrounding countryside is open to explore on foot or by car. The Old Haybarn sits on the outskirts, a detached lodge built to modern standards with its own garden and parking for three cars.

Inside, the ground floor opens into a bright, airy space with a living area, dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. There is also a shower room on this level. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a king, a double, and two singles—plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Outside, a private hot tub sits on the patio area with garden furniture, overlooking the fields beyond. The property is non-smoking throughout.
