Brookfields Holiday Farm - The Warren

The Warren is a single-storey pod on Brookfields Holiday Farm, a working property where chickens and donkeys roam the grounds. The whole place is yours alone: a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a combined living and kitchen space, and a shower room, all designed around ground-floor ease. Double doors from the lounge open onto countryside views across the fields. The kitchen has an electric hob, combi microwave and oven, fridge and dishwasher, so you can cook if you want to, or keep things simple. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

Outside, a patio with garden furniture and a firepit sits in an enclosed front garden. The hot tub is private and fits six, though it's just you and one other guest here. There is parking for one car. Church Broughton and the surrounding South Derbyshire countryside offer walking routes through quiet lanes and open fields. The pod does not allow smoking, and is for adults only.
