Millstone Meadow - Owl Lodge

Hartshorne Wood and the National Forest start on the doorstep, with footpaths leading directly into countryside from Owl Lodge. The area suits walkers and anyone wanting to explore South Derbyshire's historic properties—Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold are both within reach, as is Donington Park circuit. A pub lies within a mile, and the lodge sits in genuinely rural surroundings where you might see local wildlife across the fields.

The whole property is yours alone. Ground-floor living means everything is on one level: an open-plan space combines the living area with kitchen and dining room, with French doors onto a terrace where garden furniture is already set out. One double bedroom has an ensuite toilet; the second bedroom (a three-quarter double) comes with a shower room. The kitchen has an electric cooker and microwave for proper cooking. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There is parking for one car on site.

One dog or cat can stay free. The lodge is non-smoking. Arrival is after 15:00 and departure before 10:00.
