A great site with lovely walks for the dogs and a bus stop outside to Derby you can cycle to the canal and then on to Derby or Burton-upon-Trent and a few pubs along the way the site is well managed and kept you can have grass or hardstanding pitch or go on the 5 van CL field plenty of water points and pay as you go electricity we love it hear and visit often Melbourne just a short walk is a great little village with shops and pubs and a good chip shop a park clean toilets and regular buses.

Great site, nice easy walk in Melbourne to pubs and shops, no shower facilities which doesnt bother us tbh. Great walks from site, only downside is cost of the metred electricity, we got a £10 card expected it to last the 2 nights, we arrived at 1.30pm and it was gone by 9.30am the next day, nothing on from 10.30pm until 7.30am, its £20 a night plus metred electricity, I didn't get any more credit, we are pretty self sufficient with an ecoflow etc, other sites I have been on in winter £10 would easily last 2 days. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Great location Cl site and a main caravan site separate. No toilets on site. Electric pay as you go , £3 lasted all weekend. Great cycling and walking. Direct access to the water. Melbourne great food and drink. All you need for a great weekend.
