Barn Cottage

Barn Cottage is a two-bedroom property on a single level near Heneage Farm in South Gloucestershire. Everything unfolds on the ground floor: an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space forms the hub of the cottage, with a wood burner warming the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and from the dining section, doors open onto a rear garden with patio seating and countryside views across open fields. Two bedrooms—one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles—and a bathroom with bath and shower are all on the same level, making the layout simple and practical.

The cottage sleeps four and comes with bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity included; initial logs for the wood burner are supplied, with more available locally. There is parking for three cars on site. The setting is rural and quiet, with minimal light pollution—on clear nights the stars are visible from the garden. A pub is within walking distance. The property is for couples, families and groups only, and smoking is not permitted.
