April Cottage

Dartmouth's town centre is a short walk from April Cottage, putting you within reach of its restaurants, independent shops and the River Dart waterfront. Coleton Fishacre's historic gardens are nearby, as is Woodlands adventure park and Dartmouth Golf Club. The cottage sits on a quiet pedestrian route away from traffic, with an enclosed front courtyard for sitting out and a BBQ.

The ground floor contains an open-plan living space with two sofas, a dining table for four, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—range, dishwasher, wine cooler and all. There's a downstairs toilet and a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs holds a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower, and a second bedroom with two 3ft single beds that zip together, plus a bathroom with bath and shower. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. One dog stays free.

The cottage is a whole property to yourselves, with parking nearby that includes an electric vehicle charging point. Smoking is not permitted inside.
