Bank Apartment 1 is a first-floor conversion occupying the heart of it all, with access to a substantial roof terrace at the rear—a genuine selling point if you want morning coffee or evening drinks with the Dart visible from above. The apartment itself is open-plan: a living and dining area with a smart TV and DVD player flows into a kitchen equipped for real cooking, with gas oven and hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

One bedroom contains a kingsize bed; the other has two singles on a zip-and-link frame, both opening onto the terrace. A single bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bed linen, towels, electricity and Wi-Fi are included. You get a parking permit for one car, though spaces are unreserved. The property is entirely yours—no shared spaces—and sleeps four comfortably. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The Flavel Arts Centre is nearby if you want galleries or live performance during your stay.
