Bank Apartment 2

Bank Apartment 2 is thoroughly equipped for a week away. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer, so you can cook properly or do laundry mid-stay. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and there's a DVD player in the living space. The roof terrace to the rear has outdoor furniture and is the obvious place to sit when the weather turns. One parking permit comes with the property, though it's unreserved.

Across two floors you get three bedrooms sleeping six: a zip-and-link kingsize with doors to a balcony, another zip-and-link room with two single beds, and a top-floor super kingsize with its own ensuite. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over it. The second floor is open plan, with the living area, dining space and kitchen flowing into one another and making good use of natural light. The flat is in central Dartmouth, on the quayside side of town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the waterfront. The coast itself is less than a mile away. One well-behaved pet is welcome; smoking is not.
