There is also a utility room with washing machine and a ground-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms and a super-king-size zip/link bedroom, which can be set up as a twin on request and benefits from an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, bidet, and WC. A family bathroom offers a bath with shower over, basin, and WC. Biomass central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars.
