Dray Cottage

Dray Cottage is a four-bedroom property sleeping eight in rural South Hams, furnished with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave—and the ground floor includes a living and dining room with TV and streaming services, plus a shower room. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with king beds and two with a pair of singles each, served by a bathroom with a bath and shower. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The cottage comes with free access to Dartmouth Golf and Country Club's facilities, which has an indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room. Two free memberships to Thurlestone Tennis Club are also provided. Three acres of grounds surround the property, with an outdoor tennis court on the land. There is an enclosed garden with patio, seating and a barbecue. Parking for two cars is provided. One pet is welcome to stay free. The setting is a hamlet outside East Allington, between Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartmouth, close to coastal walks and beaches. No smoking inside.
