Staff all really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Family room size was great and really clean. Child's bed not very substantial. Only 1 small fan for the whole room and no air con so very hot at night. Pool/spa was small but not busy and a nice addition to the stay.

We were welcomed by Dee who's very friendly. Our room was prepared by Chloe. All housekeeping staff we met were attentive and friendly. Great service at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant (Andy, Joel, our server at dinner (thin, dark-haired guy -sorry we didn't catch your name) were all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice position and staff. Arrived to an excellent room prepared by Sharon! In difficult times the hotel seems slightly dated and could possibly do with a bit of paint and some new carpets In the near future but it is still very clean, tidy and comfortable. Would recommend and come back again!

We had a 2 night stay hotel situated amongst a golf course feels very out in the country, close enough to visit Brixham Torquay etc, food was nice in the restaurant. Was a golf tournament while we were there so quite blokey in the bar but everything was fine no issues. We went in the pool with the baby, spa facilities looked nice and spa lady was lovely and helpful. Also Andy at breakfast and dinner was really friendly and made effort to have fun and make the baby laugh and he made the stay special so say thank you to him please. Room was big and clean and shower was very good.
