Estuary House

Kingsbridge sits at the head of a tidal estuary in South Devon, surrounded by countryside that drops down to South Sands beach and the Southwest Coastal Path. Estuary House is a ground-floor apartment within a larger property, looking out across the water and accessed via country lanes from the village itself. The nearest shops and amenities are roughly 20 to 30 minutes on foot; a summer ferry from the beach makes reaching the town centre quicker if you prefer not to drive.

The flat has two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two singles—each with its own shower room. The open-plan living and kitchen area includes everything needed for self-catering: electric cooking, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. A sun deck and garden with seating and a barbecue face the estuary views. Parking for two cars or a boat is on site. Bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The garden does have some level changes, so worth noting if you have mobility concerns. No smoking inside.

One dog or cat is welcome. The property suits couples, small families or friends wanting their own space by the coast, with direct access to the Southwest Coastal Path and sandy beach within minutes.
