Garden Apartment works well for two couples or a family with young children, offering a private ground-floor space within a gated property on the South Hams coast near Kingsbridge. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms—one with a bath and shower, the other with a shower cubicle—and the open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, not just reheating. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, along with wifi and a welcome pack. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

The apartment opens onto a private patio garden with seating, and the wider grounds include a shared outdoor swimming pool (open mid-May to end of September) and tennis court. There is parking for one car. The coastal location means the beaches and water sports opportunities of the area are close by. Smoking is not permitted in the property.
