Location is the real draw: pitches sit just a mile's walk from Torcross beach and the South West Coast Path, while National Cycle Network Route 28 runs directly from the farm. Several country walks start at your tent door, making this genuinely car-free territory. Traditional Devon pubs await in Stokenham and Torcross (both 20 minutes on foot), and the owners – always around for advice or emergencies – can point you toward local farm shops for barbecue supplies.

Back to basics campsite - no frills/fairly priced and very quiet when we visited mid-week. Showers were warm and clean - composting toilets were clean but could have done with more sawdust to cover the poop. The views were great and the cows were the friendliest I have ever encountered.

Absolutely great experience, chose the place by accident, but yet was really chuffed when arrived, stunning views, loads of space, friendly host Ben, clean showers and free, compost toilet, but kept clean. So close to so many beaches was so impressed I'll definitely go back. Thanks Ben and family

Really lovely site. Ben was very helpful and seemed like a really nice chap. Great views, basic but hot shower and toilets. Would recommended to those looking for an escape!
