Kitcat Cottage

Kitcat Cottage is a characterful two-storey property in the heart of Dartmouth, within easy walking distance of the harbour, shops and restaurants. The ground floor holds a double bedroom and a Z-bed for flexible sleeping. Upstairs, an open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with French doors opening onto a south-facing terrace furnished for outdoor meals. A kingsize bedroom on the top floor has its own French doors to a balcony. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included, along with an annual car park ticket valid for the town centre (though during Regatta weeks the main car park closes and the permit covers Park & Ride instead). The cottage does not permit smoking. Children under 12 are not suitable for this property due to the low balcony and terrace wall.
