Seaview suits families and groups of up to six looking for a base near the South Hams coast. The house spreads across five floors, with three bedrooms—two with kingsize beds and one double—each with its own ensuite or access to a full bathroom. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with gas heating and parking for two cars on site.

The layout centres on a kitchen and dining area opening onto a patio, with a separate utility room containing a washer-dryer and dishwasher. Upstairs, a living room with a woodburner and freeview television leads to a large decked terrace. Two further balconies and a generous garden with multiple seating areas mean there's outdoor space whatever the weather. The property sits on an elevated position in Kingsbridge, a short walk downhill to the town centre and Sedgewell Cove. Note that the staircase has restricted headroom in places and split levels with varying step heights, and smoking is not permitted.
