Mill Balcony

Mill Balcony is a ground-floor studio at Tuckenhay Mill, near Totnes in South Hams, equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The open-plan space combines living, dining and kitchen areas in one room, with a separate bedroom and wet room. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all provided, and heating keeps things comfortable throughout your stay.

The kitchen has an electric hob, combi microwave, oven and grill for cooking proper meals. Worktops are lowered, and the wet room includes a shower seat and grab rail. A king-size bed sleeps two, and there's a back garden to use. The property has wheelchair access throughout and is designed with mobility in mind, though anyone looking for a compact, well-equipped base will find it functional rather than cramped.

Beyond the studio itself, guests can use the on-site heated indoor pool (12m × 6m, open 08:00–20:00, with a jacuzzi section), shared gym and sauna. Private parking for two cars is available. No smoking. Tuckenhay sits on the River Dart in countryside that draws walkers and those exploring the South Devon coast; Totnes town centre with its castle and independent shops is within reach.
