Salcombe Apartment comes fully equipped for a week away: linen and towels are provided, wifi and electricity are included, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook properly rather than make do. The three double bedrooms each have their own bathroom with both bath and shower, so there's no negotiating shower time even with a full house.

The apartment itself is spread across multiple levels with a wraparound balcony that overlooks the Salcombe Estuary, a sun room where you can watch the water change throughout the day, and a private garden for when you want somewhere quieter. Two of the bedrooms open straight onto the balcony. There's a dining space for the kind of unhurried meals that come with holiday time, and a living area designed to feel comfortable rather than cramped. Parking is private, which makes getting to the beaches and coastal walks straightforward.

Salcombe itself is built around sailing and sandy beaches, with the kind of waterside atmosphere that draws people back year after year. Boutique shops and cafés are within reach on foot, and the coastal paths run in all directions. This is a no-smoking property.
