The Orchard Cottage

The Orchard Cottage is a second-floor apartment with character and modern practicality. Reached by stairs, it opens into a bright living space where sliding glass doors lead to your private balcony overlooking the sea. The layout gives you a proper self-catering kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with sofas and armchair. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included; the essentials for your stay are covered.

Two bedrooms serve different needs. The master has a double bed and window views; the second contains twin beds with its own en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom includes both bath and shower. You have the whole property to yourself, and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Salcombe's beaches lie within a mile—North Sands, South Sands and smaller coves like Mill Bay across the estuary are all accessible. The Kingsbridge Estuary attracts people for boating, paddleboarding and kayaking. Local shops and cafés are nearby. The rural location combined with proximity to water makes it suitable for couples seeking quietness, families wanting beach access, or solo travellers wanting to be near activity without being in the centre of it.
