The property sits on raised ground with countryside views and lies five miles from the south Devon coast, within reach of a village with shops and amenities. The accommodation arranges itself across three floors: a games room with pool table and table tennis on the lower level; an open-plan living and dining kitchen on the ground floor; and four bedrooms and four bathrooms on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite baths and walk-in showers; the other two share a family bathroom. The kitchen has everything needed for self-catering, including a dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven.

Outside, the garden includes a patio, summer house and barbecue alongside the private heated pool, which operates from May half-term through September and measures 6m by 4m with a depth of 1.3m. The property is set up for groups and families rather than couples—there is genuine space for eight to be comfortable together. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included. There is garage parking for two cars plus additional space on the road. No smoking is permitted. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
