The Old Granary

The Old Granary comes ready to use. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all covered. The kitchen has a full set of appliances—oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine and coffee maker—so you can cook as much or as little as you want. Every bedroom has a smart TV, and the living room has a wood burner for cooler evenings, plus solid wood flooring throughout the ground floor. The bathroom includes a bath with shower over and heated towel rail, with a separate toilet nearby. One dog stays free, and there's parking for two cars on the property.

This converted stone barn sits in Stoke Fleming, a quiet village in South Hams with an elevated position that catches views across the area. The property sleeps five across three bedrooms: one kingsize, one single, and one with two 3ft beds that zip together. Outside, an enclosed front garden includes a patio, seating area and barbecue for outdoor meals. Blackpool Sands is a 3-minute drive away, and Dartmouth—popular for boating and exploring—is about 10 minutes further. No smoking inside.
