The Penthouse

You enter The Penthouse on the third floor to find an open-plan living and dining room with patio doors that lead straight onto a balcony overlooking the River Dart. The kitchen sits adjoining, fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine—everything needed to cook and eat properly during your stay. A second sitting room provides extra space, while a utility room houses a tumble dryer. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included.

Two identical bedrooms, each with a kingsize bed, sit at opposite ends of the apartment. One has an ensuite with a bath and shower; the other connects to a separate shower room. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. Above it all, a rooftop terrace with garden furniture takes advantage of the coastal setting. On-site parking for one car is provided.

The location puts you within a short, level walk of Dartmouth's quay, its independent shops and restaurants. The layout and two bathrooms make it practical for two couples. Please note the property is not suitable for children under 10, and smoking is not permitted.
