Totnes itself—a market town with independent shops, galleries and riverside walks—sits within easy reach, as does the Dart Valley for walking and the South Hams coast. Tree Park is built to accommodate large groups: nine bedrooms spread across two floors, eight bathrooms, and shared living space scaled for twenty people. The ground floor centres on an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with dual large screens, a woodburner, and French doors that open onto a garden and terrace. A second sitting room provides overflow space. Upstairs, bedrooms range from super-kingsize to singles, most with their own ensuite shower rooms, and one with a roll-top bath alongside a walk-in cubicle.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking at volume—two electric ovens, two fridges, two dishwashers and a full range of appliances. Utilities, bed linen and towels come included, plus Wi-Fi and initial logs for the woodburner. The surrounding grounds contain a lawned garden, table tennis, a children's play area, and ample parking (eight cars, with electric charging available). The property is set within 300 acres of woodland and countryside rather than a village or town setting. No smoking is permitted throughout.

Stayed 26 July for a week. Absolutely brilliant. A perfect location for a multi-family get together. Many delightful beaches within 30 minutes drive. Very quiet location in beautiful countryside. Totnes and Dartmouth are well worth a visit. The property is family friendly but has been fitted and equipped to a high standard. The owners are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Stayed with a group of friends Great kitchen facilities for a large group with double dishwashers and fridges. Ground floor and first floor bedrooms. Great outdoor space for kids and adults.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Tree Park. Exceptional house with a high end finish. Fully equipped for everything we needed. 4 of the 16 were young children and the play park was perfect for them. Big kids liked it too...Mrs Worth left us a chocolate cake on arrival... it was delicious. Communication regarding entry times, places to visit was bang on. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our party of 20 . Child friendly with a play park outside and loads of space to play football. So good we have rebooked for next year .
