Tuckenhay Mill's grounds sit beside a working mill stream in the South Hams countryside, where the village offers direct access to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth. The setting combines rural peace with proximity to the coast—you're minutes from beaches and the River Dart.

Salle Cottage is a complete property for six, with three bedrooms spread across two floors. Downstairs holds a living room with fireplace and French doors opening onto a paved terrace, plus a separate kitchen/dining room with standard appliances for self-catering. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one double with ensuite shower, and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are provided; heating is by night storage and panel heaters, with logs supplied for the open fire through winter months.

The mill complex itself houses two heated swimming pools, a hot tub, sauna and steam room, available seasonally at additional cost. An outdoor 60-foot pool opens May to October. Beyond the water, you'll find tennis courts, a games hall, and indoor play areas with slides and table games—genuinely useful if you're travelling with children. The grounds include a shared barbecue area and ample parking. One pet is welcome. No smoking throughout the cottage and facilities.
