Tuckenhay Mill - Clock Tower Cottage

The South Hams coastline and countryside are on your doorstep here. Tuckenhay Mill sits on 20 acres with footpaths threading through the grounds—ideal territory for a dog or simply a proper walk. The leisure facilities on site include heated swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas and an all-weather tennis court, plus outdoor play areas and a games hall. Beyond the gates, you're within reach of the Devon coast and its beaches, market towns, and all the usual seaside diversions.

Clock Tower Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom conversion sleeping four. The ground floor holds a sitting room with a woodburner and French doors onto a patio, a separate games room with a snooker table, a second sitting room, and a kitchen with a breakfast area. Upstairs are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and dressing area, one with twin singles and a dressing area—each with its own ensuite bathroom. Bed linen and wi-fi are provided. The cottage has its own small patio and garden.

One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's ample parking for cars and boats. The grounds include a stream, so this isn't the property to choose if very young children need constant supervision in water. Laundry facilities are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
