Milbourne Cottage is a three-bedroom property sleeping six on the Tuckenhay Mill estate, a leisure-focused complex in South Hams with an unusually broad range of facilities. Everything essential—heating, electricity, bed linen, wi-fi and hot water—comes as standard. Two pints of milk arrive on check-in. The cottage itself is compact but practical: a ground-floor open-plan living space with woodburner, a separate kitchen equipped for cooking from scratch, and a shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms (one double, two with single beds) and a bathroom with a bath.

What sets this place apart is the estate infrastructure. Residents have access to two heated indoor swimming pools, outdoor pools (seasonal), hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. There are all-weather tennis courts, playgrounds and games facilities. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available by coin meter.
